    Full AKC breeding rights: Standard price plus $500. Includes microchip, Wisdom panel DNA test and AKC registration paid.

 Hold deposit- $500 nonrefundable, is included in the standard pet price. Due within 24 hours of selecting your puppy. Once deposit and selection is made it will not be transferable to another puppy or later litter, unless with prior approval.

       Visitation of your puppy is by appointment only after puppy is 4 weeks old. Once you have put hold deposit down, you will get weekly and special occasions updates with pictures and videos. Hold deposit contract will be completed on all puppy purchases.

First Pick- $100 fee not included in standard price, will be due with application. (Only one male and one female per litter) If this fee is not paid when the application is submitted the application will remain on the waiting list, however first pick cannot be guaranteed later. Once a litter/Parent Pairing has been chosen the customer will be committed to that litter. The only way a first pick deposit will be moved to the next/another litter would be if there are no puppies of your selected gender in the litter.

Repeat customers will receive $100 off of their hold deposit or pick of the litter at no additional cost.

Total cost will vary depending on buyers' selections, will be discussed during phone interview.

Payments can be made with PayPal, Venmo, or cash. If payment arrangements are needed those can be discussed when paying the hold deposit. Full amount due must be paid by the time of pick up (can be paid at pick up)

All sales are final.Puppies will go to the new home when paid in full.

Once in a while we have retired females/males available, rehoming fee is $1500,  they are spayed/neutered.  Shots UTD before they go to new home. Dogs sold under a year old will be $2500.
